REMD with DFTB+

Dear forum,

The README file in the examples/dftb directory mentions that the DFTB example contains input files to perform REMD. However, neither in /examples/dftb/zundel or in /examples/dftb/c18s4 I could find a suitable input.xml file to perform REMD with DFTB.

If such a file is somewhere available, I'd be grateful to obtain a copy.
