PDF manual

Hi developers, 

I just noticed that the old pdf manual has been replaced with an interactive web page. I am unable to find what I was looking for (e.g. the keyword `p_centroid`) in this new format. 

The pdf can be compiled from the tex file in the github page, but it would be a lot more convenient if the compiled pdf continues to be accessible via the website too.

Hi Karthik,

You were fast -- we did this only yesterday afternoon. We have not yet coded the automatic generation of that piece of the manual in the webpage form, but since users seem to be really fast noticing the missing piece we will link back the pdf while we figure out the intricacies of actually doing the rest. Thanks for the feedback!
