After spending the evening coding using iUI, i came across webapp.net
while looking for a "radio button" (choice) selection code. (I also
like text entry into webapp.net fields)

iUI seems to work well, but hasn't been updated for the longest time,
while the other has. What framework are you using for "new"
development?

I'd really like to see some more samples built with each. Does anybody
care to share?

You should see some updates to iUI coming soon. We expect a beta of the
next release by September 1st. At and after iPhoneDevCamp, there have
been a handful of folks who have stepped forward to help with iUI, so we
should be seeing more regular releases soon. Stay tuned...

iUi is not updated and contains bugs so as a result, forget it !
The doc is very poor ... well doesn't really exists : an example is
given plus some blogs entries.
A good point : the project is hosted in GoogleCode.

Webapp.net is better and kept updated.
Unfortunatly it is not as simple as iUi and sometimes the technical
design could be simplified.
The asynchronous call for example is way complicated compared to the
iUi one.
Even with that I consider Webapp.net better.
On web form webapp.net is also better : more component (toggle, ...)
A documentation is started, a real one, with examples and explanations
but there is still a lot to do.
The project is not really hosted but put online by the author, so
there is a risk for the future
and this is a barrier for a community to grow around Webapp.net.

I had a look to another one I forget the name made by a spanish guy.
His work is not mature enought and even the demo show some problems.
There is no real doc but some material is written in Spanish so I was
not able to understand.

=> Webapp.net is the best choice right now even if it is not perfect :-)

Well, I will speak for the Universal iPhone UI Kit.

It doesn't have any animation, but you have the largest UI collection
of interfaces you can use on a iPhone.

I try to update it every week with new additions. It's licenced with
AGPL and you can modify, distribuite the work.

You can check it online: http://www.minid.net/iphone/ or download the
latest svn build http://code.google.com/p/iphone-universal/.

Let me know if you like.

The good thing is, you can build the effects just for this using the
library you want.
