- some particular skills or language knowledge or background you're looking for?

- need someone local to a particular area/country? (or some you want to avoid)

- need some backend knowledges? Which languages?

Thank you for your response.

We are happy to work remotely with a developer and does not matter where the developer is and the position will be strictly just for this project. The content for the application must be in English.

Now regarding the technical specification, this is the first time we have decided to develop an application for this project and to be honest we are not very savvy on these matters and we will require advice on this.

Perhaps, we could arrange a telephone call, I don’t mind calling you if needs be, so I can run you through the details.
