Job Description:

- Secure File Transfer Integrations

- Enterprise Information Web Services for Inspections and Commercial Agent Access to Inspections

- Citizens Data Warehouse Integration

- Document Repository Integration for Core Implementation

- Rating Engine Integration

- Document Generation Integration

- Automatic User Provisioning/De-Provisioning Integration for CAIS and IMS

- CTS - ePAS Integration Reliability and Availability Improvements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

 Responsible for test and validation of complex, multi-service integrations.

 Plays the role as a Subject Matter Expert in the support of application to application integration through the identification and specification of optimal middleware patterns, practices, and technologies.

 Partners with other architects and developers to maximize the leverage of EAI, SOA and middleware technologies and frameworks available in the enterprise.

 Reflect a strong mix of technical proficiency, integration maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel.

 Actively participate within targeted industry-specific special interest groups with targeted SOA technologies in order to remain relevant and current with forward-looking architectural trends and strategies which may benefit Citizens as roadmaps are refined and technology directions evaluated.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

(include appropriate hardware, software skills needed):

 Demonstrated Professional Services and Consultative experience within a SOA Integration team.

 Experience must include testing of an enterprise level SOA / middleware applications and key member of a development project with extensive SOA or Middleware dependencies.

 Strong understanding of the testing concepts related to integration, system, regression testing

 Knowledge of black box and white box testing, using stubs

 Knowledge of Applications development lifecycle processes to include Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Agile methodology are desirable.

 Possess a high-level overview of Oracle SOA Suite 11g product components, key features and functionalities

 Testing knowledge of BPMN and its use in the design and definition of image-enabled workflows

 Strong working knowledge in HP Quick Test Pro, Quality Center

 Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills applied within a professional services environment

 Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently with guidance and direction from the Enterprise Architecture Director

 Foster teamwork within the Information Technology departments through inter-departmental interactions, inputs and deliverables.

 Demonstrated strong design documentation skills and ability to present it to a technical audience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 BA or BS degree in Information Technology, OR a combination of college education and relevant work experience equivalent to 4 years of college

 3+ years (minimum) hands-on experience as an application integration developer preferably using Oracle middleware technologies, at a medium to large scale company.

 10+ years (minimum) experience as in IT overall

 Experienced operating within a matrix services-organization while providing consultative services to teams of all types.

 Experience working with Business and Applications teams for solutions design and fulfillment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 Knowledge utilizing Oracle Middleware technologies (e.g. Oracle ESB and OSB (11g), Oracle SOA Suite, BEA AquaLogic, Weblogic server, Enterprise Repository).

 Working experience in a BPEL product is highly desired

 Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (e.g., XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.). Expertise on WS-* standards such as WS-Addressing, WS-Security, WS-I Basic Profile, WS-I Basic Security Profile etc.

 Extensive knowledge and experience in application of testing Patterns.

 Extensive experience with testing tools like HP Quick Test Pro, Quality Center, Load Runner, SoapUI etc.

 Property Insurance Industry experience desirable

 Firm understanding of multi-tier web based application architecture and technologies.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

 Requires the ability to adapt rapidly within a changing environment while operating well within areas of ambiguity

 Some travel within the State of Florida will be required (less than 35% on average)

 Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and use a computer (6 or more hours per day).

 Requires the ability to work shifts outside of normal working hours, including weekends as requested.

 Requires the ability to support both planned and unplanned events.
