Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Front End Web developer to assist our team. We need developers with 8+ years’ experience, solid skills in programming, specifically front end development skills with HTML5\XHTML Strict, CSS2\ and a senior level skillset with OOP JavaScript. The developer should be extremely comfortable with understanding web development systems, CMSs, design patterns, architectures and the latest techniques. If the developer should have .NET MVC or C# experience, but any advanced knowledge of other MVC based applications architectures is also desired. The developer who can help front end development and back end development that would be the ideal role. This developer will need to work independently and communicate effectively with their team and stakeholders.

HTML5 and XHTML

Experience with HTML5 Markup and best practices

Must have a solid understanding of progressive enhancement

Full mastery of XHTML Strict

CSS

Ability to hand-code CSS 2 and 3.

Mastery of cross-browser development, testing, and debugging.

Ability to progressively enhance styles using CSS for specific browser support

JavaScript

Ability to create complex web applications using Javascript\jQuery.

Ability to code OOP JavaScript

Understand native Javascript, its good\bad parts, and understanding of how to use a lint tool.
