Sr. Java Developer/Lead/Architect

Job Description:

· Valid long term USA visa is a must and should be ready to travel immediately

· 8-10 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Performance Tuning.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Close Onsite and offshore coordination

· Experience in Requirement gathering and writing design documents, performing Proof-of-Concept, prototyping, logical and analytical skills

· Strong problem solving capabilities

· Creating architecture for enterprise applications

· Technology direction for any new applications or enhancements

· Giving high level estimates on projects keeping in mind distribution of work to offshore and onshore teams

· Reviewing effort estimates

· Guiding infrastructure design for projects

· Overseeing the completion and quality of these designs by reviewing project designs and managing the design review team of approximately 15 members to ensure that all established design standards are being followed

· Consulting management on technology, implementation and integration (with existing applications) strategy for new projects

· Quickly formulating solid solutions for complicated technical challenges
