View visible to all viewControllers

Hi Everyone,

Can you please provide your valuable suggetion for my question.

I have a view in that i have two buttons. I want to show this view every time in every views on the top of the view.(top view is 0,0,568,50);

When i navigate from one view to another view only bottom will change but top view with buttons are always shown on top. 

Help me out...

make yourself a separate xib and controller and have your view controllers load this into the tableview header or whatever you need on each view controller.
