capturing the ANI (Phone Number) sent with an incoming phone call

Hello All,

I am trying to determine if the iPhone SDK provides a method to notify
an application that the iPhone is recieving a new incoming phone call,
and a way to locate the ANI that is sent along with the incoming phone
call which would allow an application to identify the phone number of
the caller on the incoming call.

I have performed some google searches as well as attempts to contact
Apple directly with no results as of yet.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
