Don't think an iPhone can be reliably repaired in local market. Even Vodafone and Airtel provide complete replacement on fault.

But give a look in the local electronics market if its repairable.

At least your ringtone should work, if your earpiece is down. 

iPhone speaker are repairable in heer paan from 1000 - 2000 based on your negotiation skill.

As well as Khar / Opera House. 

At Heera Paan there is good repairer Dr Hemant, he sits on first floor. Check up with him. he is good and reliable. He is a naturopathy doctor.
