merging from internet

I have the version 1.9.1 and when I go to new card to import something
I don't have the option for "import from web". I initially bought this
app a while ago, and have been updating as they came in. The "get
info" says my version 1.9.1 and that I should be able to import
from .csv files.
Is there something I am missing?

Are you opening the application using the url provided from the website? (something along the lines of r5flashcardimport://1234)?

i yoused the email method which will not work. however typing in the link manually works.
