What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the Volume-Name in plist several times
2. Save the file, reboot
3. Replug/remount the iPhone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should mount as given Name in plist, instead allways iPhoneDisk

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20100411, Snow Leopard 10.6.7

Does restarting make it start working? The instructions may not mention
that.
