3.0 push functionality

Have any of you looked at the push messaging in 3.0 yet? I have read
through the guide, but am having a really hard time figuring out how
to do the provisioning profiles for it on the developer site (you have
to make special certificates for push). They said it was up and
working at the keynote, but I am beginning to think that this was a
lie, unless I am just totally missing something in the program portal.
