For the intellectual property issues I didn't see that listed but I
might
have missed it. IURTC is the definitive source on such things.
http://innovate.indiana.edu/iurtc/ We talked with them a while back
when
we got the contracts signed for the Developer programs. The rules are
less
restrictive than I thought. Double check this but, if you aren't doing
the
development as part of a project for work/IU then it's yours. I
believe
that's true even if you are using IU owned equipment to work on it.
The
rules do get a little complex though so it might be useful to have
someone
from IURTC chat with you all.
