How to get to work on Windows platform?

I tried using this on my Windows machine - no luck yet. I have an ad-
hoc network, and connected the iphone to it. however, I don't seem to
be connecting throught he proxy app for some reason.

There is a dlg box on the Windows OS asking about https or socks 4 or
socks5. I tried all three and nothing worked. (I tried using the
proxifier software)

Has anyone got some hints or pointers to how to set up the Windows OS
for this?
