I was using the siddur a shiva house today, and noticed some small
inconsistencies between the placement of the psalm (which was correct,
being Psalm 16 for Rosh Chodesh) and standard practice. The Psalm
only appeared in Shacharit (should be Shacharit and Maariv), and the
instructions said Shacharit and Mincha, which I believe is correct for
Nusach Sefard, but not Ashkenaz. I'd love to see this amended in
future versions to reflect what I believe is standard nusach ashkenaz
practice (as in Koren, Rinat Yisrael, artscroll).
