Thanks for another great release.

General

I notice it takes much longer to load which you have warned us of
before. It also seems to take much longer for the iPhone to respond to
actions when I touch an icon either at the bottom or within a section.
The delay causes me to try again.

Luach -

You could release this as a separate application. Many people look for
a reminder system based on Hebrew date.

I am not sure if it was deliberate but I can't update the name. Any
time I touch on that field it disappears.

Are you at any time going to integrate your calendar with the main
Iphone calendar?

Thanks again for a great application.

Shabbat Shalom

Yes, this is an issue with 3.0 OS, which we submitted to Apple. I
blogged, with video, about it at http://tinyurl.com/mya22l

Please read it and click on the link to help inform Apple of the issue.

We likely will.

Yes, that is deliberate.

It is, there is a whole way to subscribe to your luach via the iPhone
Calendar. Read the help documents on that....

Barry,
I can understand the issue with Smart Siddur.
As a Chazzan, I sometimes like to review the Tefilos for Shabbos/Yom Tov the
day before as practice.
Is there a way to allow us to have a setting that would reveal the hidden
Tefilos for viewing?
Perhaps the hide feature could use the Zmanim times already integrated to
determin when Shabbos/Yom Tov is for THAT particular user and only block
Shabbos Tefilos at that time?
Thanks

Elli, no, because we do not have Shabbos or Yom Tov tefilos in the
app. It would show weekeday tefilos.

1) I did not see Sleichos on Thursday morning. Fortunately, I had a
real siddur handy. Did I miss it somehow?
2) Is it possible to set the Alos Hashachar time to a different
standard?

(1) We don't have Silichos in the siddur, I am sorry - you did not
miss it.
(2) Not currently

Thank you for the fast response. Is it possible to know in advance
what will be missing from the davening so that I can be prepared.
Along the same line maybe a short sentence could appear where Silichos
should be so that people know not to waste time during davening
looking for it or other teffilos.

We hope to add it eventually. Just takes time...

Honestly, I don't even see Shabbos prayers being part of 6.0. I am
sorry. This is a weekday siddur. Who knows, maybe one day we will
release a shabbos siddur that cannot be used on shabbos. :)

In fact I ended up with three ical's since I had no idea what I was
doing; not sure what the purpose would be to have more than one;
perhaps you could prevent that; I deleted two of them. I assume it
didn't matter which two of the three.

Can I suggest that you order the More/Luach Events either
alphabetically or by the Hebrew date rather than the entry order.

Is there any chance as well to put the Hebrew date for every day in
the calendar now that it can be integrated with the iPhone calendar.
Right now I use the web site hebcal.com (http://tinyurl.com/myc9ts)
which allows the English information to be exported to the calendar on
the iPhone a year at a time.

Thanks
Simcha
