How to find locations using keywords in MKMapView

Hi All,

I am developing an application in which I needed to implement search
functionality using keywords, suppose if I click on one button (i will
give keyword as medical assistance )it should open one view which
contains MKMapView and it should display 5 locations of medical
assistance near by my current location.

Can any one explain me how to implement this. is this possible using
MKMapView or what I need to implement for this?
