Looking for Board Members and Executives

Dear All.
Greetings of the day, Hope this email of mine will find you in the best of your health.
As promoted earlier on the same mailing list about our website www.opencoffeeclub.in , I am willing to bring some major changes but I am not able to do so all alone due to lack of helping hands and time.
Before proceeding ahead, I would like to bring some insights about the site.
Within the last 10-12 days, the site membership has gone from 80 to 750+ and its increasing every single day.
The site is giving a good revenue of approx. 2 USD per day which I am satisfied with as the motto of earning via site was just to support the hosting and domain and it has given me more than enough, which I am planning to invest in next OCC meet.
Now I am willing to take this site to the next level, where we have more advance features of the website a so called combination of FB and Linkedin coz I do understand, start-ups need every thing to promote their business, services and products and above all themselves and their skills.
Approx 10 days back, I was willing to sell it off to someone but in the last two days, I dropped my plan as the website popularity is going high day by day, just today itself got calls from some start-up companies who are willing to provide us sponsor ads as they wanted to promote their services and then I realized that I am basically sitting on a Gold Mine and was a idiot to sell of such a wonderful site.
Instead I should wait for some more time, promote it and I could easily take it off to the next level- who in the world knows, I could be a next level entrepreneur of India.
So now the whole game plan has changed and
1. I am willing to first of all Register this OCC as a non-profit in India and looking for some board members for it.
2. I am also looking for some executives as well as non-executive members who will help us to enhance the site and take the development of the site to the next level.
You need not to be a very high end technical person for this, what I am looking for is the right vision, right mission and right dedication to take this project at higher ends and make it a dream come true project.
I am looking for someone who actually has a vision, a passion, a zeal to work on this project with me, collect data’s, do market research, provide the right guidance to the tech team, take total control of the development and monitor the work.
Who could bring in the right mixture of features and functionalities in the website.
3. I do understand that a single person will not be able to do so, there fore I am looking for a team, a team who can act as board of members, executive as well as non-executive board depending on their contribution, skills and expertise.
The first selection criteria for the same is your resume and most importantly is your opinion, suggestion and your vision. I would be looking forward for some kind suggestions on the improvement of the website, as this is a website for the people, so I want it to be by the people.
Do send me in your notes, points, features, functionalities and your feedback and comments on how to improve the website, what features could be added to the site to bring it to a level at par with the FB and linkedin. In order to suggest me anything, you need to basically register and surf the website so that you could see, what other things you can suggest, that are already present in the website and also need to tell me, what more we can include in it.
Based on your answers, your suggestions and resume, I would be choosing the board of members for the site.
Also I am willing to host a meeting this coming Saturday, the first ever meet for the site members in Noida with Mr. Ajay Pal Singh, so I would also be interested to meet people there and discuss the prospects.
