[1.1.2 OTB HW Unlocked] Very Strange Behaviour

Hi guys,
It's about 1 month that I have unlocked my 1.1.2 OTB with hardware
method. There is something strange about the carriers in my country
(Iran), I hope someone can help me to fix this problem.
In my country there are three carriers, after unlocking my phone, it
is working working with 2 of them perfectly without any problems but
with one of them I get NO SERVICE. I've contact the network provider,
it seems there's nothing wrong with the provider and they told me that
the problem is with my phone.
I decided to update to 1.1.3 hoping maybe it could fix the problem but
no. I still getting NO SERVICE.

My currently phone info are (using BBInfo):
Firmware Version: 1.1.3
Modem Firmware: 04.03.13_G
Bootloader version: 3.9_M3S2

BTW: there is nothing wrong with the 1.1.1 OTB or 1.0.2 OTB. All of
them work with all three carriers and also I have unlocked 3 other
1.1.2 OTBs with the new Geo's software unlock... Same problem.
