Hello everyone,
it seems that the 1.1.3 jailbreak has been released to the public.
Respectively I created a status/FAQ page in the iPhone Cafe News
group, which you can find here:

Enjoy your 1.1.3 jailbreak.
PS: Never touch a running system. If you are not 100% sure about what
you are doing, wait just a little longer. We are not yet sure if the
baseband is upgraded or not (which will break any *SIM adaptors or
software unlocks).
