App installation Problem on Iphone

Hey Hi, My app(with Ad Hoc Distribution Profile ) is not able to
install on iPhone 4S. error is Installing Failed.

I create archive for this app with Ad Hoc Distribution Profile with
target Deployment Target 4.0.2.

and now i trying to install it into newly added iPhone 4S. but it
failed.

actually my other apps is installed in iPhone 4S and Working Fine.But
This particular app is not install in it.

Plz help me...

What is the error message that you are getting ???

Thanks sir,
Error is on device . But Now Problem is Solved. I just Create New
Provisioning Profile.
May be error at the Code Signing in -any iOS Sdk.
