ICUH Abstract Submission Guidelines

Manchester Urban Collaboration on Health (MUCH), the Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) and the International Society of Urban Health (ISUH) are proud to announce that abstract submission is now open for the 11th International Conference on Urban Health, 4th- 7th March 2014.

ICUH presents an opportunity to showcase your work to multidisciplinary scientists, practitioners, development partners and various national and regional senior policymakers in health, population, finance and planning from around the world.

The over-arching theme for ICUH2014 is “Crossing Boundaries – Partnerships for Global Urban Health”. Abstract submission does not have to be confined to this subject and there will be no weighting applied to this topic when abstracts are chosen.

Guidelines

1. The abstract should be no longer than 3000 characters and should have appropriate structure (e.g. aims, design, setting, participants, results and conclusions).
2. Please fill in all of the appropriate boxes on the abstract submission system (see 'Upload Abstract' on the navigation bar).
3. The International Scientific Advisory Committee will select the abstracts and assign them as oral or poster presentations.
4. Abstracts should reach us no later than Thursday 31st October 2013.

All successful abstracts will be published in the abstract book and in the Journal of Urban Health (providing that you give permission during the abstract uploading process)
