INVITATIONS TO LONDON CONVOCATION

The venue of this year’s convocation is the Council Chamber of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The Town Hall,Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. Tel: 020 7361 2056 Fax: 020 7361 3442. When you arrive, you should report to the Reception at the Civic Centre.

The dinner is optional (Venue to be advised on payment of GBP 50)

Dress:               Dinner jacket, smart lounge suit or national dress. For the ladies, this is an ideal opportunity to wear a long formal dress or national dress. Dress for dinner is informal.

 

Costs:

Hire of cap and gown:                                            £50

There is no charge for the Convocation for IPFM members. There is a GBP 20 charge for each guest. They will sit in the special guests’ gallery.

If you require an official invitation for visa purposes you should be an IPFM member in good standing ie you must have paid your subscription for this year. Renewals should be made on the following basis:

Technicians GBP 25

Associates                   GBP 35

Fellows GBP 45

Doctoral Fellows GBP¨55   

Please let us have the name that appears on your passport.
