Annual Convocation September 2009
The IPFM Convocation this year will be held at Imperial College, South Kensington, London. With more than 200 meeting and seminar rooms, Imperial College is London’s largest academic conference venue.
The date of the Convocation is Saturday, 26 September 2009.
The event is free to members of the IPFM. Each person attending can bring two guests without charge. Additional guests will be charged at GBP 20 each payable in advance.
New members of the IPFM will be presented with their membership certificates. Each member being presented will need to wear cap and gown. The cost of hiring the cap and gown for the occasion will be GBP 50, which must be paid in advance.
For those requiring a visa to attend we will issue a scanned copy and send the original invitation by airmail. Most applications not accompanied by the original invitation will be rejected by the UK Embassies.
There is no charge for issuing invitation letters. Please provide the following details:
