Hello IPF User's,

Sometimes it might be hard to see the lightness and power of IPF and other frameworks (like Camel) in action. I have created a small spring boot XDS Registry project, which try to illustrate the usage of certain IPF components and also provide a playground of integration testing in context of a IHE XDS.b Document Registry:

https://github.com/oehf/xds-registry-to-fhir

The Registry uses a FHIR server as a backend (e.g. HAPI FHIR or firely).

It currently implements ITI-8, ITI-18 (StoredQuery), ITI-42 (Register Documents) and ITI-62 (Remove Document Metadata) and also provides a public demo deployment of the XDS registry (details in the github wiki).

Any feedback, ideas for contribution or just a github repo star to signal your Feedback is welcome.

Best regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas

Cool -- you have my repo star! :-)

I have a weird idea of testing your project against the Mobile Access Gateway which performs reverse transformation -- if everything is correct, the following assertions will be fulfilled:
  • Input FHIR message A --> Mobile Access Gateway --> XDS Registry to FHIR --> Output FHIR message equal to A
  • Input XDS message B -->  XDS Registry to FHIR  --> Mobile Access Gateway --> Output XDS message equal to B
:-)

Best regards
Dmytro
