Translate HL7 v2 messages to FIHR resources

Hi,

What is the nature of the "translators" from HL7 v2 to FIHR resources mentioned in: 

https://oehf.github.io/ipf-docs/docs/ihe/fhir

In the context of Blood Lab orders, I need to translate HL7 v2:

ORM: Order entry messages 

OML: Laboratory order  messages

Is there a link to a code example in IPF.

No, this is something very different. IPF offers some functionality to translate simple FHIR requests for Patients into HL7 and the responses back into FHIR, according to IHE profiles.
