Hi everyone,
we tagged IPF 4.8.0. I'm currently updating the documentation a bit (it is fairly outdated) - when I'm done we will publish the release "officially".
Also, there is a "ipf-4.8" support branch now, which is the target branch for bugfixes and everything related to Java 11, Spring 3, Spring Boot 2.7.x, Java EE 8, Camel 3, CXF 3 etc. environment.
The master branch will be merged with 414-jee10, going towards the "next gen" IPF 5.0.0, which will require at least Java 17 and depend on Spring 4, Spring Boot 3, Jakarta EE 10, Camel 4, CXF 4.1, HAPI FHIR 7 etc. CXF 4.1.0 has not been released yet, but their team is actively working on it.
At the same time, ipf-gazelle will also be updated, going forward from v2.6.0 (required by IPF 4.8.0) to v3.0.0 (required by IPF 5.0.0).
regards
Christian
