IPF 5.0, STU3 and some deprecation

Hi everyone,

since the master branch with IPF 5.0 seems to grow up to live, here is a short question for discussion:

Does it make sense to use the major release to get rid of some outdated modules and some API's?

E.g. 

- The FHIR STU3 modules

- Certain API's and implementations marked as @Deprecated

Is there any demand for the STU3 modules?
