ipf gazelle tag 2.5.0?

Hi,

hope all of you had a good christmas time.

Boris, can you please create a 2.5.0 release tag of ipf-gazelle? I think i have resolved the problem (https://github.com/oehf/ipf-gazelle/issues/9) that cause the previous 2.4.0 to be not working with ipf. So we can intergrate the update before a 4.8.0 release tag of ipf.
