New release

Hi guys,

Is there a planning set for the next release (4.6.0 it seems)? If not, could we have a smaller 4.5.1 release?

I would be interested in getting the updated dependencies, in particular HAPI.

Yes, probably we should do a 4.6.0 release soon...

I would also like to propose a 5.0.0 some time in the second half of the year, depending on CXF 4, Camel 4.x (https://camel.apache.org/blog/2023/01/camel4roadmap/), Groovy 4, Spring 6, Spring Boot 3, Jakarta EE and JDK 17 minimum. And some other necessary upgrades. I would also like to add support for some of the current IHE profile versions. And maybe drop common FHIR STU3 support in favor of FHIR R5
