Job Role: Project Planner & Controller Location: Indonesia Below mentioned are some of the Key Features of the role: Responsibilities: Good knowledge and understanding of Development Program & Budget, Project Planning, Risk analysis, Close-Out Report Preparation, Project Management methodologies and techniques, Procurement strategy and Contract Administration. Planning: Preparing the necessary project planning and scheduling procedures to support Plan of Development (POD), Project Execution Plan (PEP) and/or other project documentation definition Preparing and keeping updated the overall project master schedule: quality and accuracy of project master schedule. Scheduling and analysis: Prepare detailed scheduling of project activities Analyzing contractors and project team schedules producing project progress reports Consolidating detailed contractors schedules into the project master schedule and to identify critical path activities Supporting the risk analyst in preparing and keeping updated the Risk Register and other project registers. • Reporting: Checking contractors and project reports Participating to progress and ad hoc project meetings keeping informed the project team Preparing ad hoc reports and presentations The ideal candidate is expected to have below mentioned skills / Experience: The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree. Experience in Project Controls in a major oil and gas company Not less than 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
