IPDO-2007 hotel reservation deadline is March 9, 2007

Hello to all researchers interested in Inverse Problems, Design and
Optimization (IPDO-2007) Symposium;
Here are several important details that I want you to know.
1. Hotel reservations
If you have not reserved a room in the conference hotel, please notice that
IPDO-2007 hotel (Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort) has extended their
deadline for accepting reservations at reduced rates ($168.37 per night
that includes all taxes and fees) until March 9, 2007. Hotel website is:

2. Abstracts
If your abstract is longer than two pages (page size is 8.5 inch x 11 inch)
or if you did not follow the required typing and styling rules (see an
attached file as an example of a correct style, or if you still want to
make last moment corrections/modifications in your two-page abstracts, now
is the time to do that. Please E-mail the very final two-page version of
your abstract to IPDO...@GMAIL.COM and IPDO...@YAHOO.COM before this
coming Monday. Indicate your IPDO abstract number in your e-mail message.
The abstracts will be sent to print shop shortly afterwards to produce the
Books of Abstracts to be available at the symposium.
3. Full papers
Several full papers have still not arrived. Also, several full papers do
not have the required format or are longer than eight pages. You still have
until this Sunday to E-mail your full paper to IPDO...@GMAIL.COM and
IPDO...@YAHOO.COM if you have not done so already, or if you want to make
corrections to length and/or formatting of your full paper. A sample of the
correct full paper formatting can be seen in the second attached file.
Please indicate your abstract/full paper IPDO number in your e-mail
message. Reviewing of full papers should be finished by March 5. Then, you
will have until March 10 to e-mail us the very final version of your full
paper that will take into account reviewers' comments. Final papers will be
sent to the publisher March 12.
4. Visas
Everyone needs a visa to enter the United States. If you do not have a
valid visa and have not already scheduled a visa interview in US Embassy or
a US Consulate in your country, please fill out the visa application
information form (see the third attached file) and e-mail it to me
immediately at DULI...@FIU.EDU so that I can e-mail you a .pdf version of
a signed invitation letter within 24 hours.
