It is so simple. You send a message to one address and everyone gets a copy of that same address. I have set the four of us up as managers which means that we can send messages. When we put all the other North American IPCA attendees on the list they will receive but will not have the ability to respond. Thus it is an announcement list as opposed to t discussion list - equalling fewer emails in the users inbox. Of course, at some point we can have a discussion group too - for those who don't mind more emails and want to engage at a deeper level.
