Dear IPC-2008 group,

as the planner evaluation for the competition has entered the critical
stage, we keep finding bugs in some of the participating planners. As
noted earlier, we'd like to give you a chance to fix bugs, if simple
fixes are possible. Therefore, we're sending out emails to the contact
members of teams when we encounter crashes or other strange behaviour.
Some of you have already received such emails during the last week.

However, ICAPS and the end of the competition are rapidly approaching,
so we need to receive all replies to such emails in a timely fashion.
We realize that this is a common holiday period in many countries, and
thus some of you might be away from email for extended periods of
time.

Therefore, if you are participating in the competition and you know
that you're not going to be contactable by email for a span of more
than a few days between now and early September, it would be very
helpful if you could inform us of such absences in advance, and if at
all possible point out another team member that we can contact
instead.

Best regards,

Malte

Hi Malte,

I will be completely away from any kind of keyboard from tomorrow
(14th) until August 29th.

Miguel.

Dear all,

This is a continuation to Malte's email below. Given that ICAPS is
approaching fast so any delay is costly. We apologize for the mass
email distribution but if you are on one of the team below or know how
to contact the leading or corresponding team member, then please let
us know. Thanks! Those are the teams we contacted recently (3-7 days)
about planner bugs that we think are critical but still haven't
received a reply yet:

1. seq-sat-cfdp
2. seq-sat-dae-1
3. seq-opt-cpt3
4. tempo-sat-tlp-gp

Again, if the contacting member of your team can not access email for
some extended period, then please let us know the alternative way to
contact your team about critical bugs in your planners.

Thanks,
Minh
