Dear All,

I am pleased to share important information related to Stakeholder engagement to IPBES with you:

1.      1. The next #IPBES7 Stakeholder Day is planned on Sunday April 28, 2019 in Paris (France). Registration before mid-March is strongly recommended, in order to ease logistics. Registration form is available here: https://www.ipbes.net/event/ipbes7-stakeholder-day.

 2.   The webspace of the Open-Ended Network of IPBES Stakeholders is now operational for formal registration. This network aims at bringing together all stakeholders, and groups of stakeholders, interested in IPBES.

You are all invited to join ONet. To do so, log in with your IPBES user account on IPBES website and then formally register to ONet (at About/Stakeholders/ONet Webspace or direct link: https://www.ipbes.net/group/onet)

3. A web conference is currently organised by IPBES Secretariat to review and further explore knowledge gaps regarding land degradation and restoration. The aim of this web conference is also to discuss knowledge needs and priorities in this field with a wide community of stakeholders and experts. Online discussions and posts are open to all. An excellent opportunity to concretely engage with IPBES!

More information available at: https://www.ipbes.net/sites/default/files/em_2019_01_ldr_webconference.pdf. Prior registration is required.

I remain available for any further information.

Warm regards,

Flore Lafaye de Micheaux
