Dear Brisbane IPAN representatives- You may choose to attend the meeting in person or from home on your computer.

If you wish to join a group meeting in person the meeting place is Thoughtworks- Level 19 127 Creek St Brisbane.

Please arrive by 12.30 for a 1pm start.

An RSVP or an apology would be appreciated.

Could you please advise if you or a representative from your organisation will be attending next Saturday .

A quick RSVP to this email will suffice with a yes or an apology and would be very much appreciated.

For those not physically attending the meeting address at ThoughtWorks, Level 19, 127 Creek St, Brisbane, a teleconferencing arrangement is in place via “ZOOM” and is described as follows:

Before the meeting, preferably at least a day before Register on your computer with “Zoom” by:

Going to Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Webinars, Screen Sharing and click on 'sign up, it's free' and you'll be guided through the steps.It is best to do this several days in advance.

Test Run : check access to ZOOM on Friday, 20^th October between 2 and 5 pm

You can do a test run between 2-5 pm on Friday by using the same log on details as for Saturday. Felicity Ruby from ThoughtWorks will be logged in to the zoom meeting for those 3 hours so people can test that their zoom system works

A reminder about times for the AGM:

The AGM commences at 1pm (Qld); 2pm (NSW, Vic, Tas); 11am (WA); 1.30pm (SA); 12.30pm (NT)
