Is it possible to remove "Take photo or video" on input["file"] on iPad?

I am trying to allow the user to upload an image from their iPad. I've added the <input type="file"> tag, however, when the user clicks "Choose File", they are given two options: "Take Photo or Video", or "Choose Existing".

Does anyone know any way to force the options to be "Take Photo" or "Choose Existing" (i.e. drop the option to take video).
