Phonegap (geolocalization, vibration, contact, camera, ... everything
via javascript)

I knew about PhoneGap and I use it quite a bit and its great! I was
more thinking of stand-alone frameworks like GloveBox or IUI, but
specifically for iPad with UI controls development and such. Thanks
for the feedback :)

Sencha seems to come to something interesting...

WOW! Sencha Touch looks awesome. It looks like there will be a
commercial licensee, does anyone know anything more about that? The
tool set looks great and they have the drop down menus I was looking
for. Amazing!!

I will list it on the Frameworks page.
