iPad End-ish of Year Roundup! Planning on a big face to face.

I want to have a big Roundup or Pow Wow or Meetup after Spring testing is pretty much done.  Part meeting of great minds and part professional development.   There are great pockets of effective iPad integration and there are a lot of other teachers wanting to know how to make it work well. 

Are You Interested?

This is just in the planning stages, but we want to share the collective knowledge out there.  Please reply to this post and share your thoughts:

Would you make a very early evening meeting (trying to get K-12 in the same room)?  

Would you rather a few hours on a Saturday?  

More social that PD or more PD than social?

Would you want to share your personal successes in the classroom?

Yes I would be interested. I would prefer early evening 5 ish. I would like to see some structured PD then sometime to share out. Might be helpful to have an agenda with time limits. I'm willing to share.

I prefer Saturday, but early evening is okay too. I would prefer more PD than social, but social is really nice too.

I would be interested as well...definitely later in the year.Getting out from our HS campus by 5 is a challenge, arriveing somewhere else by 5 virtually impossible. I would personally prefer the Saturday idea, in the afternoon.
