Is Cognium Systems still in business and is iPad ELN still a supported product?

Outside of the iPadELN website, I can not find any references to Cognium Systems or the iPad ELN. Is anyone currently using this product? Is Cognium Systems still in business and is iPad ELN still a supported product?

Hi Steve,

Indeed, Cognium Systems is shutting down. iPad ELN is now the property
of its founders (myself included) who will continue to support the
software for existing users (which do exist!) or for new users under
an open source license. This transformation process is ongoing now.

You can feel free to use the software as is, or purchase support or
training services from ipadeln.com.

Hi Alexander-

I work for a company that is currently using iPad ELN (we DO exist!).  We're happy with the solution but we need to migrate to a newer server and cannot find the installer anywhere.  Would it be possible to get a copy of the installer?
