Question on expanding your program

Here is a question that came from one of our programs….

I am going to take over an addtional county. I do not have assistance from any other staff. This will involve 4 schools. Do you have any streemlining ideas so that I will be able to take care of both counties without cutting back on any of my services to the mentors and mentees programs?

…can anyone offer some advice?
