mentoring release time for State employees

Hi,

Does anybody know if the State of Iowa gives employees who mentor
release time? The State of Florida give their state employees 36 hrs/
year release time.

Ida,

Currently the state does not give release time for employees to
mentor. This something the IMP is working with the Governor's office
to bring about, hopefully we can make it happen over the next couple
of months. Stay tuned!
