School based mentoring programs with high school mentors

Hello everyone,

Caring Connection's Mentoring Program in Cass County is beginning a
new mentoring project in which high school students will mentor
elementary students during school hours. Their program coordinator,
Carole Schuler, is interested in learning more about school-based
mentoring and allowing high school students to serve as mentors. She
is also looking for template instruction manuals and other forms of
paper work so she doesn't have to recreate these materials from
scratch.

I thought I would share Carole's questions with the experts on our
Google group who are already working with high school mentors and
school-based programs! If you have any advice or templates for Carole
