Welcome to all Mentoring Providers and Supporters,

Your Provider Board had a very exciting meeting last week and we are looking forward to you sharing your ideas and needs in the mentoring field.   Hopefully you have received the Provider Board notes. 

There are some things the provider board wants you to know:

• Our first goal is to get this communication started either as a listserv or in this manner.   I think this process is a great way for us to communicate with each other.  Technology is not my forte, but hopefully it will be an easy and helpful process.
• You've received a list of who's on the provider board and we want to hear from you.  What do you struggle with? What do you do well and can share with others?  What areas do you need help with and how can the Iowa Mentoring Partnership and the Provider Board help you?
• Know that the Provider Board is rebuilding.  We are excited about the potential of what we can do but we need to gather your ideas, and develop processes to implement ideas.
