to Iowa Scala Enthusiasts
I was just wondering if anyone was planning on submitting a Scala talk
for Iowa Code Camp. I would like to submit something on Scala basics
and maybe on Akka actors. Just want to make sure we don't have any
duplicate topics.

I plan to submit something, just not sure what yet... definitely a good idea to coordinate to avoid duplication.

I was planning on doing a workshop for Play Framework with Scala (http://scala.playframework.org) but it will be more focused towards using Play and less about Scala.

Nice! Maybe I should propose a Lift talk, both are great frameworks but take very different approaches to things.
