Three Rivers 300k Route?

Hi Steve,

I just registered for the 300k. For the route, it looks like there is a 2025 version and an original (alternate) version. Which one should I download? 2025 version?

We rerouted last year due to some trail work. I am hoping to get some time next week to see if the original route is available now.

I just rode the RRVT loop yesterday and there is a section by Adel where the trail is closed that the 300k traverses. It's a different section than last year, but there is an easy workaround. I'm currently planning on riding it again this weekend and can post an update on that section and assist in a reroute if still needed.

that would be great if you want to propose a re-route. Tom and i were just discussing this response i received back from RRVT:

"There is a closure currently from Ortonville (County Road R16) to Adel. Within the city limits of Adel the trail is open, but then it closes a little ways west of Adel. This is our only closure currently. ... Here is the best map I have. Please let me know if this doesn’t work, and I will see about getting a better one."

Here's a link to a RWGPS map that contains the Adel reroute. It jumps on hwy6 for a short bit entering Adel, but there is a nice shoulder and traffic is slowing due to entering city limits (also downhill and very easy) then a couple of short jogs which return to the trail. The reroute only adds .1mi to the route. The Adel area is the only place that I edited the route. As I mentioned earlier, I plan on doing the RRVT loop again this weekend and can check on the construction, but I assume it won't be finished by the 19th.
