FC Flying to LA for Thurs. Nov. 21 - Fed Court appearance for Aug 10th arrest @ Vandenberg AFB

Got the attached notice from a CA Fed Court. I am scheduled to appear before a Fed Judge regarding my Aug 10th 'line crossing' at Vandenberg base.  We were celebrating 50 years of marriage, community, hospitality and resistance at the LACW for Jeff Dietrich and Catherine Morris.

Our charge is a Class B misdemeanor - up to six months in jail. Folks @ LACW doubt we will be given jail time. I hope they are correct. I plan to plead guilty along with Jeff and Catherina. And let their witness by my defense.
