I highly encourage Iowa institutions to take advantage of this pilot. Manifold is great for OER creation and adaptation projects, large and small. As I've mentioned before, I'm happy to support folks who are exploring Manifold--while I don't consider myself an expert user, I have used it quite a bit and am eager to see successful use of it throughout the state.
