The Iowa Open Education Action Team meets monthly to share and discuss OER efforts happening across our institutions and collaborate on projects to support OER initiatives in Iowa: webinars, working groups, etc.
Today, we would like to invite you to attend our virtual meeting on Monday, April 1st from 9-10AM CT so you can meet our team and we can learn more about how to support you!
Working on something exciting at your institution? Let us know what you’re up to! This meeting will start with open time for folks to share what they’re working on. If you don’t have anything to share right now, come anyway and get inspired by other institutions’ initiatives!
If you know anyone who might be interested in attending this meeting but isn’t already on the Iowa OER listserv, please feel free to share this invite with them.

NOTE: Our sixth annual OER survey has recently gone out to all colleges and universities in Iowa. This survey was sent to the lead librarian or academic administrator at each institution, with instructions to forward it to the representative for local OER efforts. If you haven’t seen it yet, check in with your administration to make sure they have the information needed to fill it out.
Questions? If you have follow-up questions about either the survey or the open meeting on April 1, please contact Abbey Elder at ael...@iastate.edu
